Project Identification Misssion
After the German Government decided to assist Eritrea, PIM – (Project Identification Mission) was esablished to identify a project in Eritrea. The PIM consisting of Mr. Esche and me, started it’s work on June 16.1992.
Visted Ministries
As the main coordinator for international aid projects, ECCE was initialy the main partned of the PIM. Identifying the focus of the aid, Minitry of Agriculutre was the sole counterpart of thePIM.For further consultancy various Ministries were contacted.
